1. Restaurant Manager
(Seminyak-Bali)
Responsibilities:
- To keep the restaurants operating at a profit
- Offer food, drinks, and service at prices the public is willing to pay.
- All restaurant activities are the manager's responsibility.
- Education minimum D3 in restaurant industry or hospitality industry
- Minimum experience 3 years for Restaurant Manager Strong leadership skill and good management
- Excellent in communication and team work
- Understand English and Computer
- Position based in Seminyak Bali
(Seminyak -Bali)
Responsibilities:
- Run the kitchen efficiently, maintaining excellent quality of food.
- Be aware of food safety and its concerns and consequences
- Maintain reasonable food costs, minimizing wastage of product
- Outsource best quality product/price with suppliers
- Keep the kitchen in excellent working order by maintain the equipment on day to day bases
- Keep all equipment and utensils in excellent hygienic condition
- Manage all kitchen staff including the dishwashers and maintain good relation/very strong communication skills needed
- Minimum experience 3 years for chef
- Strong leadership skill and good management
- Excellent in communication and team work
- Understand English and Computer
- Position based in Seminyak Bali
